Our sweet spot is bringing struggling water districts back into compliance and then helping them to thrive. We know how difficult it can be for water districts to get back into compliance after administrative and operational systems begin to fail. It is our mission to meet water districts where they are and take them to where they need to be.

Founder and Principal
Scott has 32 years of business management experience. A software engineer by training, he has founded and successfully operated 3 separate enterprises. Industry expertise includes water districts, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.
Donna Svenson
Office Manager
Donna has been instrumental in running the daily activities of the Snake River Water District for the past 5 years.
